Metti un pomeriggio piovoso, mentre i due maschietti vanno a lezione di basket accompagnati dal papà, e io resto a casa con la mia femminuccia. IDEA! Facciamo i biscotti??? Magari SENZA BURRO.... e magari con un tocco di gusto sano e speciale.....Aggiungiamo qualche goccia di olio essenziale di limone!
Facili da preparare e deliziosi per il palato.
BISCOTTINI SENZA BURRO
Farina 300gr
lievito in polvere per dolci
Zucchero di canna 100gr
2 uova
Olio di oliva 100 ml
un pizzichino di sale
6 gocce di olio essenziale di limone
Facciamo la pasta frolla! Sbattete i tuorli aggiungendo un po’ di olio alla volta. Mentre continuate a mescolare, aggiungete lo zucchero, la farina setacciata, il sale e il lievito. Amalgamate il tutto e alla fine unite gli albumi leggermente sbattuti. In fine le gocce di olio essenziale. Quando l’impasto sarà diventato liscio e omogeneo riponetelo in frigorifero per almeno 30 minuti. Trascorso questo tempo, prendete l'impasto e lavoratelo con le mani, stendetelo sulla spianatoia e usate delle formine dando ai biscotti la forma che più desiderate.
Metteteli su una teglia foderata con carta da forno Cuoceteli poi in forno preriscaldato a 180 gradi per circa 12 minuti.
L'aroma di limone per chi lo gradisce è davvero speciale e fresco.
